He's put together the perfect mix!!!!! Its a matter of taste (06 January 2009)I find myself skipping over a few of the songs because I don't really care for them. They are a little show-tuny for me or something. By contrast, I bought Seal's new Soul CD at the same time and that one I totally love. Magnificent! Props to David Foster (06 January 2009)"Hit Man" will keep your toes tapping. My first Foster cd, but there will be more. Classy Evening (06 January 2009)I gave the "Hitman" DVD/CD combo to my son & his wife for Christmas - outstanding variety and due to their movie sound system & big screen I almost felt like I was actually attending the live performances in Las Vegas! It was so good I ordered another to send to a music loving friend. Very rare to have this much talent assembled in one place. I think it has something for everyone - my 4 teenaged grandchildren were impressed with 14 year old Charice and watch the Michael Buble & Blake Shelton duet of "Home" repeatedly, as I have "The Prayer" (Andrea Bocelli & Katharine McPhee). Boz Scaggs hit from "Urban Cowboy" is still a great love song. I wish more selections from DVD could be on CD but overall it is a classy evening of entertainment. |
